Your access to the Site is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with all terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this Agreement and anywhere else on the Site.
Changes to the Website Terms
We may change the Website Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on the Site. By continuing to use the Site you will be deemed to accept the updated Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them.
No unlawful, infringing or offensive activity

Advisory fee
To access detailed information from [“us”], a non-refundable advisory fee of N5,000 is required through the website. This fee remains applicable regardless of whether a deal is finalized based on the information provided to [“you”], but it can be deducted from any subsequent payments for our billboard services.
This is flat rate for our services, once payment has been made [“you”] will have access to our available billboards information and if in any case the preferred billboard is unavailable, we will prepare and send [“you”] a list of available billboards around that location for [“you’] to choose from.
Trade mark Ownership
We do not own any billboard sites featured on [“our”] website. However, we maintain strong partnerships with billboard site owners, allowing us to furnish [“you”] with the necessary information. Through these partnerships, we can provide detailed insights and options to meet [“your”] requirements.
Links and Advertisements
The Site may contain links to third party websites. The links are provided solely for your convenience and do not indicate, expressly or impliedly, any endorsement by us of the sites or the information, products or services provided at those sites. You access those sites and use the information, products and services made available at those sites solely at your own risk.
No warranties or representations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not represent or warrant that the content on the Site is accurate, reliable, suitable, or complete.
In particular, although we use reasonable care and skill in providing the Site, we cannot promise that the Site will be continuously available or virus or fault free.
Our liability to you
Except as set out under this section, we may be liable to you for breach of contract or negligence under the principles applied by the courts.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to the extent that it is caused by you.

Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the law in force in Nigeria. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a Court of Law, it shall be severed and will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
